Is the professional fee per person?
No. The organisation purchases the programme for up to eight executives. Professional fees start from £20,000 + VAT for Central European and Mediterranean, £30,000 + VAT for Nordic, £45,000 + VAT for Great British, and £45,000 + VAT for Caribbean. The applicable starting fee remains the same for one to eight participants. Destination programme and travel costs are additional.
What does the professional programme fee include?
The agreed diagnostic and preparation, programme design, executive coaching and facilitation, leadership sessions, and post-retreat implementation support. Faculty is assembled around the brief. Additional specialists or unusual requirements may be quoted separately. Destination programme and travel costs are additional.
Are accommodation and travel included?
No. Accommodation, hospitality, transfers, local experiences, and destination management are provided through specialist destination partners and quoted separately. Flights and other travel costs are also separate.

An Executive Leadership Retreat begins with defined organisational and leadership priorities and forms part of a wider process of diagnosis, programme design, facilitated leadership work, coaching, and implementation. How are destinations selected?
Your leadership priorities come first. The diagnostic and design process helps select the Experience and destination around the objectives, timing, accessibility, desired environment and programme requirements. All five Experiences are available now.
Can programmes address specific organisational challenges?
Yes. Every programme is bespoke and may address strategy, growth, governance, culture, performance, organisational change or international leadership. The diagnostic and preparation stages establish the priorities and desired outcomes.
